782nd Urs of great Sufi saint Hazrat Baba Fariduddin Ganj Shakar starts

PAKPATTAN (92 News) - The 782nd Urs of great Sufi saint Hazrat Baba Fariduddin Ganj Shakar started on Wednesday.

Thousands of devotees from across the country and abroad paid respect at the shrine of the great saint of the Indo-Pak on the second day of the 15-day Urs celebrations.

Sajjada Nasheen Dewan Maudood Masood performed the centuries-old rites and prayed for peace and prosperity of the country. He also distributed traditional relics among the devotees.

Qawaals are enthralling audience by reciting the verses of the Sufi saints.

The police have made stringent security arrangements on the occasion. People are being monitored through Safe City cameras.
