Another bombshell as NEPRA increases power tariff by Rs7.05 per unit

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The government dropped another bombshell on the inflation-stricken people by increasing the power tariff by Rs7.05 per unit.
According to a notification issued by the NEPRA, the increase has been made under the head of the fuel adjustment for the month of January.
The increase will burden the consumers with an extra amount of Rs66 billion. However, the increase will not be applicable on the K-Electric consumers.
