Caretaker Interior Minister Sarfraz Bugti declares PTI chairman a 'Ladla'

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Caretaker Interior Minister Sarfraz Bugti has declared the PTI chairman a 'Ladla' (favourite), saying that a citizen cannot think of the facilities being provided to the PTI chairman in jail.

In an interview with a website on Friday, he said that the government will implement the verdict in letter and spirit regarding production of the PTI chairman in court in the cipher case.

He said that the government was not giving any favour to the PML-N. "We respect Nawaz Sharif and Bilawal Bhutto alike," he added.

Sarfraz Bugti said that he thinks a majority of cases registered against PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif are baseless. "There is a need for reforming the judicial system."

He said that so far 300,000 illegal migrants have returned to their countries. "About 99 percent of the illegal migrants are Afghans.

The minister assured that the government will fully cooperate with the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) in the conduct of the general elections.
