Cases in military courts will be tried in accordance with international agreements: Azam Nazir Tarar

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Federal Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar has said that cases in military courts will be tried in accordance with international pacts.

Addressing a press conference on Wednesday, he said that the accused will have the right to the fair trial in the military courts.

"The accused will have the right to hire a lawyer of his/her choice. The accused will have the right to file appeals against the verdicts of the military courts in the apex courts," he added.

He said that the case of any woman had not been sent to the military court.
