Ch Pervaiz Elahi, Shah Mahmood Qureshi discuss political situation in Punjab

LAHORE (92 News) - PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi called on Punjab Assembly Speaker Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Monday.

During the meeting, they discussed the political situation in Punjab. They also discussed the legal cases of former governor Umar Sarfraz Cheema and former chief minister Sardar Usman Buzdar.

Speaking on the occasion, Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that such leaders have been imposed in Punjab who are establishing new tradition. He said that the government had meted out cruelty to Yasmin Rashid and other PTI women.

"A new chapter of violence and lawlessness was written on May 25. "Our workers have not been released despite court orders," he added.

Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi said that neither the election not oath of the so-called chief minister was justified. "Hamza Shehbaz will be tried in the Punjab Assembly," he added.
