Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi re-arrested after being released on IHC order

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The police re-arrested PTI president Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi after his release on the orders of the Islamabad High Court on Tuesday.

Justice Tariq Jahangiri of the Islamabad High Court had ordered to release Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi.

In the eight-page verdict, the court suspended the 3-MPO order against Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi and ordered to release him if he is not involved in another case.

The court had also ordered the police to produce Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi on September 12.
