COVID-19 claims four more lives, 620 new cases reported during last 24 hours

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The global epidemic of COVID-19 continues across country. Four more people lost their lives during last 24 hours and 620 more people were diagnosed with the virus.

According to the current statistics of NIH, 16,706 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. Corona was diagnosed in 620 people. The positive rate of the virus was 3.71 percent.

At present, the condition of 191 patients of Corona in different hospitals of the country is said to be critical. The highest rate of virus was 12.24 percent in Diamer. 11.27% in Muzaffarabad, 10.53% in Skardu, 9.42% in Mardan and 7.80% in Lahore.

NIH officials further said that the rate of positive cases in Abbottabad was 5.94%, in Gilgit 4.98%, in Nowshera 4.56%, in Multan the virus rate was 4.41%, in Mirpur the rate was 4.38% and in Peshawar 3.04%.
