He also remarked that the report of IG tried to save one person and declared accused to the police officers. The former IG also tendered unconditional apology on the mercy of the court. CM Buzdar informed the court that the matter came into his knowledge three days after assuming the office. “I have not contacted with anyone about transfer of the DPO, he said. The CJP said remarked that everything will be come on surface about contacts after the inquiry. The top judge expressed anger on the CM, saying “do meet the police officers but why did you invite Ahsan Gujjar?" “I offered tea to RPO. Ahsan said that those children are also mine. I want to depoliticize the police,” Usman replied. The CJP also asked the chief minister if he had said that he didn’t want to see the police officer’s face. He denied having issued any such directions and political influence to transfer the DPO. However, Ahsan Jamil and the chief minister offered an unconditional apology over his attitude in and outside the apex court. The apex court ordered senior police officer Khalid to present the fresh inquiry report within 15 days.
