LAHORE (92 News) - Eid Milad-ul-Nabi (SAW) is being celebrated with reverence across Pakistan as faithful have decorated mosques, houses, streets, and markets with colourful lights, and they are also taking out processions in connection with the day.

Scholars have emphasised that the real requirement of devotion and love for Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him) is not only to mention his great deeds but also to follow his teachings to be successful in the hereafter.

“Faithful should apply the teachings of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) in their lives and determine their paths in the light of these teachings,” they added.

“The celebration is not only an expression of religious spirituality but also a symbol of unity and love of Muslims for the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him),” they noted.
