FIA seeks SC help for collecting evidence in Asghar Khan case

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has sought the help of Supreme Court for collecting evidence in the Asghar Khan case.
According to the report submitted by the FIA in SC, the agency had made all-out efforts for investigations into the distribution of money among politicians and thoroughly investigated the case.
The report said that the agency had recorded the statements of politicians, but unluckily no progress could be made in the case.
On the other hand, the government has welcomed the opening of the Asghar Khan case. In his statement, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Ch said that the Asghar Khan case exposes the political role of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz.
