Grand ceremonies of change of guards held at Mazar-e-Quaid & Mazar-e-Iqbal on Defence Day

KARACHI/LAHORE (92 News) - Grand ceremonies of the change of guards were held at Mazar-e-Quaid in Karachi and Mazar-e-Iqbal in Lahore on Tuesday.

At the changing of the guards ceremony at the Mazar-e-Quaid, the armed forces of the Pakistan Air Force took over the duties of the honorary guards at the Mazar-e-Quaid.

The changing of the guards was also held at Mazar-e-Iqbal in Lahore. Guard duties were taken over by Pakistan Army at Mazar-e-Iqbal. GOC Lahore laid a floral wreath at Mazar-e-Iqbal.

Meanwhile, the main event at GHQ was cancelled due to the devastating floods in the country.
