British report about Kulbhushan’s passport presented in ICJ
The British report about the passport of the Indian spy Kulbhushan Jhadav was submitted in the International Court of Justice. In the report, it was stated that the RAW had increased activities in Balochistan after Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi came to the power.
Khawar Qureshi contended that the list of terrorist activities of Kulbhushan Jhadav is very long. “What is the meaning of the consular access when a man is unidentified?” he maintained.
The Indian counsel Harish Salve was baffled by the forceful arguments of Pakistan counsel Khawar Qureshi
He said India is sitting on a wall of lies. “Indian stance is that Kulbhushan was a retired naval officer. It is incomprehensible that a naval officer retired at the age of 47.”
Khawar Qureshi said India, in a written reply, has refused to respond to questions put forth by Pakistan.
Earlier, Attorney General, Anwar Mansoor Khan told the court that Kulbhushan Jadhav has confessed that RAW had entered Pakistan with a pre-determined aim to cause terrorism in Balochistan.
He said Jadhav’s activities are actual manifestation of Indian policy.
