IHC declares Tyrian case against PTI founder non-maintainable

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - A three-member bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) declared the Tyrian case against the PTI founder as non-maintainable.

The bench comprising of Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri, Justice Saman Riffat and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir validated the verdict announced by the two-member bench.

A petition was filed against the PTI founder for concealing his alleged daughter Tyrian White.
