IHC orders to release Fawad Chaudhry, police attempt to re-arrest him

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) ordered the release of PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry. The police tried to arrest him again.

Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb delivered a safe verdict. The Islamabad High Court declared the arrest of Fawad Chaudhry illegal.

After his release, outside the court, the police tried to re-arrest Fawad Chaudhry. He ran away and entered the High Court again. While running, the PTI leader also fell.

PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry is present in the court room along with his wife.

In an informal conversation before the court appearance, Fawad Chaudhry said, "We were in jail, we were arrested, we don't know what happened outside?" Matters should be resolved sitting down.
