Legal action against Khawarji Noor Wali, Ahmed Hussain in decisive phase

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The legal action on the leaked phone call against Khawarji Noor Wali Mehsud and Ahmed Hussain alias Ghut Haji has entered in the decisive phase.

The North Waziristan CTD had registered a case against both terrorists.

The legal action was started against Khawarji Noor Wali Mehsud and Ahmed Hussain alias Ghut Haji after their phone call was made public recently.

According to sources, the law enforcement agencies conducted the forensic test of the call, which came positive and proved that the telephonic call was between Khawarji Noor Wali Mehsud and Ahmed Hussain alias Ghut Haji.

In the phone call, Khawaraji Noor Wali Mehsud had directed Ahmed Hussain to carry out attacks on government buildings and schools. In Mir Ali, a girls’ school was destroyed with an IED. In Tank, Mira Jan, an elderly school teacher, was targeted and killed.

Security forces are determined not to spare any terrorist involved in anti-state activities.
