MURREE (92 News) - PML-N president Nawaz Sharif on Saturday declared the PTI founder the biggest hurdle in talks, saying how the talks can be held if the PTI is not serious in this regard.

Addressing a press conference, he said that the attitude of the PTI founder was like an estranged person. “In the past, I myself went to Bani Gala. But our sincerity was considered to be our weakness. I have no intention of enmity and revenge in my mind,” he added.

Nawaz Sharif said that they meet each other for the sake of democracy, which was the beauty of democracy. “Despite stiff opposition, the late PPP chairperson Benazir Bhutto signed the Charter of Democracy,” he added.

He said that the PML-N had said goodbye to the International Monetary Fund, but the PTI brought it back. “Those who termed the Metro Bus a ‘Jangla Bus’ went away after destroying the country,” he maintained. “Will difficulties not be created for the poor if we will accept the conditions of the IMF?”

The PML-N chief said that the nation should make a comparison who served the country and who ruined it.

He hoped that the country will come out of the crises if PM Shehbaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz continued to do work.

Nawaz Sharif appreciated the firmness of former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi for supporting him and serving jail.
