Newly-elected members of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly take oath

PESHAWAR (92 News) - The newly-elected members of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly took the oath on Wednesday.

KP Assembly Speaker Mushtaq Ghani administered the oath to 115 newly-elected members. Severe mismanagement was witnessed due to a rush of guests before the start of the session.

The session proceedings started after a delay of two hours.

People started chanting slogans from the galleries when PML-N MPA Sobia Khan waved a wrist watch during the session. Someone also hurled a shoe and a 'lota' at her. Empty water bottles and ball-points were also thrown at her.

However, Sobia Khan continued to show the wrist watch and the shoe to the people.
