No-trust motion against PTI govt was tabled on order of Gen (retd) Bajwa: JUI-F chief

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - JUI-F chief Maulana Fazalur Rehman has revealed that the no-confidence motion against the PTI government was tabled on the order of General (retd) Bajwa.
In an interview, he said that he wanted the removal of the PTI government through a movement, but the PPP was bringing the no-confidence motion. "Gen (retd) Bajwa and Gen (retd) Faiz asked all parties about their course of action over the no-confidence motion. The PPP and the PML-N stamped it later. I would have been termed the saviour of the PTI if I had refused it," he revealed.
He declared that it was not a secret that the 2024 elections had been stolen and the PML-N had benefitted from rigging. "It is a rumour that Nawaz Sharif has been given the Lahore seat. We are not sitting in the opposition. Shehbaz Sharif went away without replying when I advised him to sit in the opposition," he added.
Maulana Fazalur Rehman said that the protest politics would be done against the electoral rigging.
