Pakistan asks UN to ensure immediate ceasefire in Gaza

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Pakistan on Friday demanded immediate ceasefire in Gaza, saying that the Israeli forces have been targeting unarmed Palestinians for the last one month.

Addressing the weekly briefing, Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zehra Baloch said that the UN Security Council should immediate take steps to ensure provision of humanitarian aid in Gaza.

She also welcomed the conduct of an emergency meeting of the Organization of Islamic Countries (OIC) in Riyadh
