Pakistan reports one death, 693 COVID-19 cases in a day

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - As many as one death and 693 new coronavirus cases reported during last 24 hours.

According to the National Institute of Health (NIH), 20,678 people were tested during the last 24 hours. Out of which 693 people were diagnosed with the virus, one person lost his life due to COVID-19. The condition of 177 patients is stated to be critical.

According to NIH, Gilgit is the most affected city by Corona virus where the rate was recorded at 22.50%. Corona rate in Muzaffarabad was 19.44%, Swabi 13.04%, Lahore 12%, Nowshera 11.11% and Mardan 10.10%. The coronavirus rate was recorded in Abbottabad 6.25%, Islamabad 6.12%, Peshawar 5.74% and Faisalabad 5.67%.
