Political leaders felicitate nation on Pakistan Day

LAHORE (92 News) - Political leaders, in their separate messages, have felicitated the nation on the Pakistan Day on Saturday.

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz said: “Pakistan Day is the day to renew our pledge of allegiance to the mother land. For the construction of Pakistan, the spirit of the Pakistan Movement is still needed.

"The nation pays homage to the leaders of Muslim League who passed the Pakistan resolution. March 23 is also a day to pay homage to the independence movement and martyrs of the Pakistan Movement.”

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur stressed the need for following the ideas which are the basis of the achievement of Pakistan.

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah asked the people to pledge to turn the dreams of their leaders into a reality.

PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto also saluted the struggle of the founders of the country.

Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori and Provincial Minister Sharjeel Memon paid homage at the mausoleum of the Quaid-e-Azam.
