PPP terms GDA protest as congregation of devotees, not political party

KARACHI (92 News) - The Pakistan People's Party (PPP) has termed the GDA protest as a congregation of devotees, not a political party.
Reacting to the GDA protest, PPP leader Sharjeel Memon challenged to resign from his seat and conduct re-election in the constituency. He said that losers always have the rigging narrative.
"The GDA has faced a historic defeat everywhere. It did not get a single seat in the local bodies elections across Sindh. The people did not see the GDA, the PML-N and the PTI during the floods in Pakistan," he added.
He said that the PPP had broken its record in Sindh.
