PTI intra-party elections challenged in ECP

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Two petitions challenging the PTI intra-party elections have been filed in the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).

The petitions filed by Mahmood Khan and Muhammad Muzammal appealed to the ECP to declare the PTI intra-party elections as null and void.

They also demanded that the PTI leaders should be stopped from using the platform of the party.

Meanwhile, PTI founding member Akbar S Babar has also challenged the intra-party elections. He stated that the SC had declared him a member of the PTI. "The present leadership has no basis as they continuously change their parties," he maintained.
