PTI leader says elections do not seem to be taking place

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - PTI leader Zafar Ali Shah has said that the elections do not seem to be taking place.

Talking to the media on Monday, he said that those who want to get the elections postponed are sitting in Afghanistan. "People should pray for the conduct of the elections," he added.

PPP leader Syed Khurshid Shah said that the elections should be held at all costs otherwise country's credibility would be badly damaged. About the resignation of the ECP secretary, he said that there is some story behind the resignation. "The ECP officials should not tender resignations at this time."

PML-N leader Rana Mashood Ali Khan said that all parties are in favour of the level-playing field. "The elections will be held on February 8 at all costs. Our opponents should face us instead of hiding themselves behind the petitions," he maintained.
