PTI moves SC against amendments to NAB laws

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Saturday challenged amendments to the NAB laws in the Supreme Court.

The petition filed by PTI chairman Imran Khan contended that the Article 9, 14, 19A, 24 and 25 are in violation of the basic rights.

The Federation and the NAB have been made the party in the plea.

The petition requested the court to nullify the amendments to the NAB law.
