Punjab govt to challenge acquittal of Yasmin Rashid in Jinnah House attack case

LAHORE (92 News) - The Punjab government will challenge the acquittal of PTI leader Yasmin Rashid in the Jinnah House attack case.

Talking to the media on Monday, Punjab IGP Usman Anwar said that the presence of Yasmin Rashid had been proved in forensic report of three audios and videos at the time of attack.

"We will prove in court that whatever happened on May 9 was planned. Yasmin Rashid, Aslam Iqbal, Ijaz Chaudhary and other leaders made calls on that day," he added.
