Six civilians among four children injured in Indian firing at LoC
RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Indian Army troops resorted to unprovoked fire in Chirikot Sector of Line of Control( LOC) targeting civil population.
According to the Inter-Service Public Realtion (ISPR), six citizens including a woman and 4 children were injured. The injured have been shifted to the hospital.
Those injured include :--Shabnam W/O Raqeeb Hussain Shah, age 35 years-Kashan S/O Raqeeb Hussain Shah, age 13 years-Faizan S/O Raqeeb Hussain Shah, age 6 years-Nisah D/O Shafique, age 14 years-Asifa D/O Shafique, age 10 years, residents of village Serian and- Shahid Hussain S/O Muhammad Hussain, age 28 years, resident of village Chafar
The ISPR said that Pakistan army troops responded effectively targeting Indian posts undertaking the fire. It also said that the reports of five Indian soldiers killed and many injured.
On April 2, three Pakistan Army soldiers were martyred in unprovoked firing by Indian forces along LoC, according to ISPR. Moreover, seven Indian soldiers were also killed and 19 others injured in retaliatory fire.
The Pakistan Army responded effectively and killed several Indian troops.
Pakistan lodges strong protest over LoC violations by India
On April 3, Pakistan summoned Indian Deputy High Commissioner Gaurav Ahluwalia and lodged a strong protest over unprovoked ceasefire violations by Indian troops along Line of Control (LoC).
Gaurav Ahluwalia was handed a protest demarche by the Pakistani officials. FO spokesperson Dr Mohammad Faisal said that India is violating international laws.
3 soldiers martyred in unprovoked Indian firing along LOC
On Tuesday, three soldiers embraced martyrdom when Indian troops resorted to unprovoked firing in Rakhchakri, Rawalakot Sector along Line of Control ( LOC).
According to the ISPR, Subedar Muhammad Riaz, resident of Jhang, Lance Havaldar Azizullah from Noshero Feroze and Sepoy Shahid Mansib from Abbotabad embraced martyrdom. Meanwhile, a soldier was injured.
