Today incompetent govt will proudly tell story of its failures: Marriyum

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb has said that today the ineligible, incompetent and selected government will proudly tell the story of its historical failures and cruelty to the public. Responding to the one-year performance of the Pakistan Tehree-e-Insaf government, Marriyum Aurangzeb said that today the PTI will set a new record of ‘lies’ on August 18. “There will be so much lies today that all previous records will be broken,” she said. The PML-N spokesperson said that the PTI representatives will inform the public about the tsunami of hunger, inflation and unemployment. “Before lying, Prime Minister Imran Khan should think that the people are not stupid. The PML-N leader said that Imran Khan will try to make responsible for his failure and incompetency on the previous governments today. “Imran Khan will again try to save his skin through calling ‘thieves and robbers’. She said that the government has only achieved the target of taking Rs700 billion loan in 12 months. “PTI government’s first year was a series of miserable failures when it comes to governance and policy-making,” she added. Marriyum said that the premier has successfully turned every national success into terminal failure. “The country has gone from one of the most affordable countries in the region to one of the most difficult countries to survive in,” she said. “Over 4.5 million people have been pushed below the poverty line whereas 1.5 million have become jobless. Despite borrowing huge sums from other countries and the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the government has not completed a single developmental project,” the PML-N spokesperson said. She said that inflation has spiked from 3 per cent to 13 per cent, growth rate of 5.8 per cent has fallen to under 2 per cent and interest rate has shot up from 5.75 per cent to 14 per cent, which is nothing but catastrophic for the national economy.
