Torture of tourist family: Murree police fail to arrest accused

MURREE (92 News) – The police have failed to arrest the accused involved in torturing a tourist family even after several hours of the incident. After taking notice by Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar, the police registered the case and raided several places to arrest the accused. The CM also ordered the IGP Punjab to investigate the incident and submit him a report. He also suspended the Chowki Bazaar in-charge and moharar for not cooperating with the victim family. He also directed to provide justice to the victim family at all costs and arrest the accused. On the other hand, the Murree AC has called a meeting to review the matter.
