Toshakhana case: Court summons PTI chairman for recording statement tomorrow

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Additional District and Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar on Monday summoned the PTI chairman for recording his statement on Tuesday.

The court accepted the PTI chairman's plea for postponing the case today. The court gave the PTI chairman to appear before court.

The court observed that the objective of the PTI chairman counsels was to use the delaying tactics.

"The PTI chairman and his counsels wanted to further disappoint the court. The court is giving the last chance keeping in view the fair trial," he observed.
