Vandalism case: 13 PTI leaders granted interim bail till June 17

LAHORE (92 News) - An anti-terrorism court granted interim bail to 13 PTI leaders till June 17 in a case pertaining to damage to the state property.

The PTI leaders include Dr Yasmin Rashid, Shafqat Mahmood, Aslam Iqbal.

The court also issued notices to the parties.

Earlier, the ATC had issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Shafqat Mahmood, Ijaz Chaudhary and Dr Yasmin Rashid.

In the application, the Shahdara police had stated that the PTI leaders had damaged the state property during the long march an interfered in the government matter.

The police said that the accused had been identified through footages. However, the accused are still at large and their arrest is needed to complete the investigations.

Talking to the media, Hammad Azhar said that terrorism cases were being registered against the political leaders. "These all acts are being done at the behest of Rana Sanaullah and Maryam Nawaz," he added.
