We are ready to take part in elections: Maulana Fazalur Rehman

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - JUI-F chairman Maulana Fazalur Rehman has said that they are ready to take part in the elections.

Reacting to a statement of PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto with regard to the allies on Tuesday, he said that the President had no power to announce the election date.

"We will not forge an alliance with Pervaiz Khattak. However, an electoral alliance can be formed with the Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA), the MQM Pakistan and the PML-N," he declared.

He said that he had no link with the PPP. "However, the GDA, the MQM Pakistan and the PML-N are in contact with us," he added.
