Won't accept SC verdict if full court bench not formed: Rana Sanaullah

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has said that they will not accept the verdict if the Supreme Court did not form the full court bench.

Addressing a press conference with Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar on Monday, he said that the ruling coalition did not become part of the case if the full court was not formed.

"Some judges served as the monitoring judge against the PML-N. They also served in the benches that awarded sentence to Nawaz Sharif," he maintained.

He said that Hamza Shehbaz will not become party in the case if the full court was not formed.

Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar said that the SC had declared in its verdicts that all powers rest with the party head. "All things will reverse if the review petition of the Supreme Court Bar Association is accepted," he added.
