Ahsan Bhoon calls for first hearing review petition regarding interpretation of Article 63A

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) president Ahsan Bhoon has appealed to the court to hear the review petition regarding interpretation of the Article 63A firstly.

Talking to the media on Monday, he said that they cannot think of pressurizing court. "Under the present circumstances, it is mandatory to again hear the interpretation of the Article 63A," he added.

The SC is hearing a petition challenging the ruling of Punjab Assembly Deputy Speaker Dost Muhammad Mazari during the election for the chief minister.
