ATC grants bail to PTI leader Rauf Hassan in terror financing case

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra granted post-arrest bail to PTI leader Rauf Hassan in the terror financing case on Tuesday.

The court ordered to release him after furnishing surety bonds worth Rs200,000.

Ali Bukhari, counsel for Rauf Hassan, contended that his client faces the charge of financial assistance, but he had not been nominated in the case and he was nominated afterwards.
