Bad news for consumers as NEPRA further increases power tariff by Rs 3.33 per unit

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The National Electronic Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) dropped another bombshell on the inflation-hit people by further increasing the power tariff by Rs 3.33 per unit.

According to the notification, the increase has been made under the head of monthly fuel adjustment. The increase will be applicable to the bills of the current month.

On the other hand, the consumers have been deprived of the facility of instalments on the power bills. The NEPRA has restricted the facility of instalments once in a year.
