QUETTA (92 News) - The Balochistan Bar Council and Karachi Bar Associations have rejected the commission formed by the government to probe into the allegations levelled by six judges of the Islamabad High Court.

They demanded that a full court should be formed to look into the matter.

Meanwhile, the Karachi Bar Association will file a constitutional petition on the letter sent by the judges.

On the other hand, the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) has welcomed the commission by the government. SCBA president Shahzad Shaukat said that no one should object to former CJP Tassaduq Hussain Jillani. "A bar office-bearer could give the statement in personal capacity, but it should not be attributed to the SCBA," he added.
