CJP urges judges to play their role in strengthening institutions

KARACHI (92 News) – Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar on Tuesday urged judges to play their role in strengthening institutions. The CJP on Tuesday laid the foundation stone of new building of the apex court’s Karachi registry. Addressing the foundation stone laying ceremony this afternoon, he said the step has been taken in view of growing responsibilities and judicial activities of the apex court in the province. CJ Nisar said that the institutions always become the stronger with justice not from the buildings. He urged judges to play their role in strengthening institutions. He said every Pakistani should contribute in the development of the country with utmost sincerity. Highlighting scarcity of water, the Chief Justice emphasized to build new dams and to conserve water.
