Court abolishes PO status of Hassan, Hussain Nawaz, cancels arrest warrants

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - An accountability court on Thursday abolished the proclaimed offender status of former PM's sons Hassan and Hussain Nawaz.

The court also cancelled the perpetual arrest warrants of Hassan and Hussain Nawaz. It also granted them bail after furnishing surety bonds worth Rs50,000.

Earlier, Hassan and Hussain Nawaz appeared and surrendered themselves before Judge Nasir Javed Rana. On March 12, they had reached Pakistan after seven years.

The accountability court had declared both accused as proclaimed offenders seven years ago.
