ECP de-notifies 11 PTI MNAs who tendered resignations

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has issued a notification to de-notify 11 PTI MNAs who resigned.

The de-notified  MNAs are: Ali Muhammad Khan, Fazal Muhammad Khan, Shaukat Ali, Fakhar Zaman Khan, Farrukh Habib, Ijaz Ahmed Shah, Jameel Ahmed Khan, Muhammad Akram Cheema and Abdul Shakur Shaad.

Dr Shireen Mazari and Shandana Gulzar Khan, who were elected on special seats, were also de-notified.

Earlier, Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervaiz Ashraf sent the resignations of 11 members of the PTI to the Election Commission of Pakistan.

According to the spokesperson for  the National Assembly, the PTI members of the assembly resigned from their seats on April 11, 2022.
