FM Ishaq Dar expresses wish to upgrade CPEC

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zaidong called on Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar on Monday.

During the meeting, they discussed the matters of mutual interest and bilateral relations.

While appreciating Foreign Minister Wang Yi’s letter to him on assumption of office, the foreign minister expressed the desire to further strengthen All-weather Strategic cooperative partnership and to upgrade China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.

Both sides agreed to make joint efforts to advance phase II of CPEC while maintaining high standards.
