Funeral prayers offered for soldier martyred in Hayatabad operation

PESHAWAR (92 News) – Funeral prayers for the soldier martyred in the Hayatabad operation were offered at Peshawar Garrison on Saturday. Lance Naik Zafar Iqbal who got injured during the operation other day succumbed to injuries and embraced martyrdom. Corps Commander Peshawar Corps and large number of military and civil officials attended the funeral. His body will be taken to his native town Khushab where he will be buried with full military honours.
