Govt changed department heads, files of cases after coming into power: Sheikh Rasheed

LAHORE (92 News) - Former interior minister Sheikh Rasheed has said that the government had changed files and heads of departments after coming into power.

In a message on Twitter on Thursday, he said that the imported government was pressurizing the ANF, the FIA and the NAB to end cases against them. “It is very embarrassing and sorrowful. The suo motu of Supreme Court (SC) is a historic decision. Institutions and judiciary have very important responsibility. Beaureaucracy should make honest decisions in this regard,” he added.

He said that federal cabinet had not approved those names which have been removed from the ECL. “Big decisions are going to be made this week. They are begging for 18-month government from the establishment,” he concluded.
