Govt decides to close markets at 8pm to conserve energy

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The government has decided to close markets at 8pm to conserve energy.

The announcement was made by Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal during a press conference on Tuesday.

He declared that the government cannot afford opening of business centres till midnight. He said that the energy conservation policy should be implemented to deal with the crisis.

The decision will be implemented from July 1.
