Helicopter crash tragedy: Funeral prayers for martyred six soldiers offered at Quetta Garrison

QUETTA (92 News) - Funeral prayers for six soldiers who embraced martyrdom in the helicopter crash during a flying mission in Harnai, were offered at Quetta Garrison on Monday.

According to the ISPR, Corps Commander Balochistan Lt Gen Asif Ghafoor, senior military and civil officials attended the funeral. Bodies of the martyrs are being dispatched to their native towns where they will be buried with full military honours.

Six soldiers on board, including two pilots, embraced martyrdom in the crash. The martyrs include Major Muhammad Muneeb Afzal, Major Khurram Shahzad, Subedar Abdul Wahid, Sepoy Muhammad Imran, Sepoy Shoaib and Naik Jalil.
