IHC stays criminal proceedings in Toshakhana case

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) issued a stay order and stopped the trial court from starting the criminal proceedings against PTI chairman Imran Khan in the Toshakhana case on Friday.

The court accepted the miscellaneous application filed by Imran Khan to stop the trial of the case.

The court remarked that the proceedings of the Toshakhana case will remain suspended till further orders. Meanwhile, the court issued notices to the parties.
