Jaw-dropping salaries of Bollywood stars’ bodyguards

LAHORE (92 News) - Bollywood stars are paid hefty amounts for their work, and so are their bodyguards whose duty is to protect them.

Recently, the details of the salaries of the Bollywood stars’ bodyguards have come to light, which shows that these bodyguards are paid in millions.

Shah Rukh Khan pays Ravi Singh, who has been his bodyguard for a decade, a monthly salary of INR 1.7 million which becomes INR 20.4 million per annum.

Salman Khan’s bodyguard, Shera, who is not only Salman’s personal bodyguard but has also performed small roles in several films, earns an annual salary of INR 20 million.

Hrithik Roshan’s bodyguard, Mayur Shettigar, is paid INR 20.1 million per annum, while Akshay Kumar’s bodyguard, Shreyas, is also paid the same salary.

Aamir Khan’s bodyguard, Yuvraj Ghorpade, also gets INR 20 million per annum, while Amitabh Bachchan’s bodyguard, Jitendra Shinde, is paid around INR 15 million per annum.

Similarly, Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone pays her bodyguard Jalal an annual salary between INR 8 million and INR 12 million.
