Justice (retd) Tassaduq Hussain Jillani appointed as commission head for a probe into judges' allegations

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The government has formed an inquiry commission for a probe into the allegations of judges and appointed Justice (retd) Tassaduq Hussain Jillani as its head.

The federal cabinet approved the appointment on Saturday. Federal Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar and Attorney General Mansoor Usman Awan will prepare the terms of Terms of Reference (TORs) of the commission.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that his meeting with Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa who assured his cooperation in the implementation of good policies. "The accountability process will start from me and go down to the lowest level," he declared.
