Law Ministry issues notification regarding dismissal of Mazahar Naqvi

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Law Ministry on Wednesday issued a notification regarding dismissal of Justice Mazahar Naqvi.

He has been dismissed as a result of the opinion given by the Supreme Judicial Commission. The notification has been sent to all relevant institutions and ministries.

The Supreme Judicial Commission had recommended the dismissal of Justice Mazahar Naqvi on the basis of misconduct.

According to the notification, his dismissal will be considered with effect from January 10, 2024.
