Mahmood Achakzai seeks Maulana Fazalur Rehman's vote for presidential election

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Mahmood Khan Achakzai, a candidate nominated by the Sunni Ittehad Council, called on JUI-F chief Maulana Fazalur Rehman to seek the vote for the presidential election scheduled for March 9.

Achakzai said that they had an old relation and spent time in the movement.

"We hope the JUI-F will support me in the election," he added.

Maulana Fazalur Rehman said that they would inform him about their decision after holding consultation with the party leadership.

Maulana Fazalur Rehman also expressed his reservations about the general elections.
